Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2 Eligibility and Accounts
2.1 Age and capacity
The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You are not barred from using the Services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.2 Account information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during onboarding and to keep your profile updated. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2.3 Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
2.4 One account per member
Each member may hold only one active account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be transferred, shared, sold, or otherwise made available to any other person.
3 Membership and Subscriptions
Onfound is a paid membership community. Full access to the Services — including the member directory, unlimited direct messaging, and event RSVPs — requires an active paid subscription. A limited free tier is available and includes up to three direct-message initiations per rolling seven-day period; other features may have their own free-tier limits as shown in the app.
3.1 Plans and pricing
Current pricing, plan inclusions, and billing cycles are shown on the membership page and at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing, introduce new plans, or modify the inclusions of existing plans, with notice in line with Section 17.
3.2 Local pricing and currency
Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported. Currency conversion, foreign transaction fees, and any local taxes are determined by your card issuer or payment provider and are not controlled by Onfound.
3.3 Promotions and trials
From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, trials, or referral credits. These are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Promotions are not transferable, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion.
4 Billing, Renewals, and Refunds
4.1 Payment processing
All payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise Onfound and Stripe to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
4.2 Automatic renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as selected) unless cancelled before the next renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
4.3 Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may temporarily suspend access to the Services until payment is successful. Repeated failure may result in termination of your membership.
4.4 Refunds
Except where required by applicable consumer law, membership fees are non-refundable, including for unused periods after cancellation. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in cases of duplicate billing, technical errors, or other exceptional circumstances.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, you may have a statutory right to cancel a contract for digital services within 14 days of purchase. However, by accessing the Services immediately after purchase, you expressly request that performance begins during the cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once the Services have been substantially provided.
Where the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 applies, nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights afforded to you under that Act.
Where the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and related Thai consumer-protection regulations apply, nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights afforded to you under those laws.
5 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at .
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- You will retain access to the Services until the end of that cycle.
- You will not be charged for subsequent cycles unless you resubscribe.
We do not pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
