It’s a place to talk through decisions, exchange advice, explore partnerships and get to know people who understand building a company. Early-stage founders, aspiring founders, investors and mentors are also welcome.

No. Onfound welcomes founders and entrepreneurs across industries, including software, agencies, ecommerce, professional services and hospitality. You can connect around shared challenges such as finding customers, hiring and growing a business, even when you work in different sectors.

Yes. You might already know plenty of people but still need someone with experience of a particular challenge. Onfound helps you look beyond your existing circle, whether you’re entering a new market, making a first hire or looking for another founder to compare notes with.

Onfound brings founder discovery, direct conversations and member-hosted events and meetups into one app. Profiles show what people are building, what they need help with and the experience they can share. You can find a reason to connect, meet online or in person, and stay in touch as your businesses develop.

Onfound helps you meet people with experience that’s relevant to your next business decision. You might find a founder who has built a sales team, a potential partner in a new market or someone who can challenge your product idea. Use the app to start a conversation and explore how you could help each other.

You can look for members whose businesses, interests or needs overlap with yours and explore whether there’s a useful way to work together. That might lead to a referral, a collaboration or a customer relationship. Start with a relevant conversation, respect the other person’s interest and follow our community guidelines.

You can use Onfound to find members with experience of a challenge you’re facing, such as pricing, hiring or expanding into a new market. Explain what you’d like help with and ask whether they’re open to a conversation. Any ongoing mentoring relationship is something you agree together.

Yes. You can look for founders with complementary skills, relevant experience and an interest in what you’re building. Share the kind of co-founder you’re looking for, start a conversation and get to know each other online or at a meetup. Onfound helps you discover people; you decide whether you’re a good fit to build together.

Yes. With Onfound PRO, you can discover and message members across all active Onfound cities. Connect with founders overseas to exchange advice, explore a partnership or get to know a new market. You can build relationships online and meet in person when you’re in the same city.

Members organise founder dinners, coffees, walks, runs, hikes and coworking sessions, as well as formats such as workshops and roundtables. Meetups give you a reason to get together and talk about what you’re working on. Check each listing for the host, topic, location and joining requirements.

Open Onfound and explore the meetups available in your city. You can see what’s planned, who’s hosting and where you’ll meet, then join or request a place through the app. The active cities page shows where Onfound is live; upcoming meetups depend on what members are organising.

Access depends on the event. Some meetups are open for eligible Onfound members to join, while others require a request or invitation. The listing shows how to take part. For a meetup that requires approval, send a request and the host decides who joins.

Yes. Choose an activity and topic, add a time and meeting place, and create your meetup in Onfound. Other members can discover it and join according to its access settings. Free members can host within the free plan’s limits, while PRO offers more hosting options and larger groups.

Some Onfound meetups are free to join; others have a ticket or participation fee. Food, drinks, venue entry or activity costs may also be payable separately. Check the listing before joining so you know what’s included and what you’ll need to pay for.

Tell Onfound Intelligence who you’re looking for, whether that’s a potential business partner or someone who’s tackled a challenge you’re facing. It searches member profiles to suggest people with relevant experience and explains why they could be a good fit.

Explore their profiles and start a conversation directly in the app. You can also get to know other founders in person by joining or hosting events and meetups.

Onfound Intelligence is the AI search inside the app. Describe the person or experience you’re looking for, such as “a founder who has hired their first salesperson” or “someone who has expanded into Portugal”. It searches member profiles and explains why a suggested connection could be relevant. Search access depends on your membership.

AutoPilot looks for relevant connections each week based on the goals you set. When it finds someone who could be useful to meet, it gives you context to help you decide whether to reach out. Onfound Intelligence is for searching when you need someone; AutoPilot keeps looking as you work towards your goals. AutoPilot is included with PRO.

Communities are groups inside the app where members discuss a shared topic, ask questions and exchange experience. They give you a place to keep a conversation going beyond a single message or meetup. Access depends on the community and your membership; the app shows which groups you can join.

Onfound is currently live in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, London, Bangkok, Lisbon, Porto and Tallinn. Members can connect online across active cities with PRO and meet locally where events are being organised. Visit the active cities page for the latest locations and waitlists.

Check the active cities page to see whether your city has a waitlist. When you sign up, choose your city and join its waitlist in the app, or email support@onfound.com if your city isn’t listed. A waitlist means the local community hasn’t opened yet; it doesn’t mean meetups are already available.

Meetups are created by members, so the schedule changes as people organise them. You can host a meetup yourself or start a conversation with someone in your local network. With PRO, you can also connect with founders across other active cities while local activity develops.

Onfound is available for iPhone on the App Store, Android on Google Play and on the web.

Download Onfound for iPhone or Android, or sign up on the web. Complete your profile with what you’re building, what you need help with and the experience you can share. Then explore founder events and meetups, find people you’d like to meet and start a conversation.

Yes. You can create a free Onfound account, connect with members in your home city, join meetups and host a meetup within the free plan’s limits. PRO adds AutoPilot, access across active cities and more messaging, search and hosting options. Any separate event costs are shown in the listing.

Onfound PRO includes AutoPilot, access across all active cities, unlimited messaging and Onfound Intelligence searches, Communities and more flexible meetup hosting. It’s useful if you want to build relationships beyond your home city, keep looking for relevant connections or bring larger groups together. You can see the available plans and prices in the app.

Onfound PRO offers monthly and longer-term plans. Open the upgrade screen in the app to see the plans available to you, the price in your currency and the billing period. The checkout shows the total charge and renewal terms before you subscribe.

Yes. If you subscribed through Apple, manage or cancel Onfound in your Apple account’s Subscriptions settings. If you subscribed directly through Onfound, manage your subscription from the billing settings in the app, or contact support@onfound.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period.

For a subscription purchased through the App Store, submit a refund request to Apple. For a subscription purchased directly through Onfound, email support@onfound.com with your account email and receipt or order number. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase terms and your applicable consumer rights.

Your published profile information is visible to other Onfound members and may appear in connection suggestions. Your email address and phone number aren’t displayed to other members unless you share them. Some profile photos may appear on the sign-up page. See our privacy policy for details about visibility and how your information is used.

Onfound uses onboarding and content moderation to help manage the community. These checks do not independently verify every member’s identity, experience or business claims. If you see misleading behaviour or inappropriate content, report it in the app or contact support@onfound.com.

Yes. Use the account deletion option in the app, follow the steps on our delete account page or contact support@onfound.com for help. Shared messages and posts may remain without your name, and some records are retained as explained in our privacy policy. If you have a paid subscription, also manage its cancellation through the service where you subscribed.

Email support@onfound.com with the email address you use for Onfound and a description of what you need help with. If something isn’t working, include a screenshot and let us know whether you’re using the iPhone app or the web app.
