Do I need startup experience?
You don’t need previous startup advisory or fractional experience to register interest. The programme is designed for senior leaders and accomplished specialists who want to apply an established track record in a new setting.
Can I start while I’m still employed?
Yes, you can register interest while in your current role. We’ll explain programme and placement commitments before enrolment so you can consider them alongside your availability and employment obligations.
What does it cost?
Registering interest will be free, with no obligation to join. The programme itself will be paid. Pricing, inclusions and placement terms will be shared before you decide to enrol.
How does the guaranteed placement work?
Complete your training and we’ll arrange a startup placement based on your expertise, experience and the founder’s needs. The initial placement is pro bono: three months for Fractional Executives or six months for Startup Advisors. We’ll share the placement terms before enrolment.
Can the placement lead to paid work?
It could lead to paid work with the same startup. You can also use your growing portfolio and relationships within Onfound’s global founder community to pursue further opportunities. Paid work is agreed separately and isn’t guaranteed.
What happens after I register interest?
We’ll review your experience and goals, share programme information and may invite you to an introductory conversation. You’ll receive the details before deciding whether to enrol.
